I tell my personal story- the journey Im on- of trying to recover from childhood sexual abuse and sadistic torture, and rape, PTSD and dissociation. Includes meditations, poetry, helpful links, and information on trauma processing and child abuse prevention. My website is still under construction, but I do have a few pages up and completed.
